First picture is just some simple head swaps with the Dollar General Duke, since he is easy to find and cheap. The color also reminds me of the origianl first few waves of Joes. Like to have some background 'generic troopers" or "redshirts" to die in the background.
2. More faces to go under the Steel Brigade figures. 3. The one thing about Cobra, they are a ruthless, terrorist organization that doesn't seem to have many female or ethnic members. Sure some exclusive or convention sets have given us more female and African American agents. I guess we can stereotype the faceless ninjas to be Asians. I wanted to give Cobra some trooper who aren't faceless. 4. Stargate Team. Not perfect at all. Need a female Carter. Need to get some black webgear for all. 5. Just some random figs. A flamethrower (thinking of a name of Well-Done), the Zartan guy as some Tomb Raider guy. An some Cobra Ninja. 6. A faceless goon. Simple head swaps from the tactical Ninja team. Could also see him as the Adventure Team Man of the Night. 7. Bruce Lee as Kato. Some work to go. Need to remove the shoulder pieces.

If some of these look familiar, yes I may have borrowed the ideas.
