This is Haze, the leader of Ypsilon Underground. He represents a ex-Oktober Guard member who betrayed them after a accident in a mission (typical story). It won in a contest of vintage customs. I got the design from a videogame, and is probably the vintage custom I've made that less resembles a vintage custom.

Thanks to everybody. Tim121, I seem to remember it was an Indiana Jones skirt cut by the middle. If not, it came from a Star Wars figure.
