I thought it looked 'nomad-ish' enough to be a backpack of some shape.
I like to weather my customs (for the most part) as it adds realism to them. |

Thanks for all the great comments.
I'm slowly working on about three Ninjas, and weapons for each. Here's a small teaser of one. Dre |

Another homemade weapon to add to the arsenal.
This one I know the name of....Tonfa. I'd love to take all the credit on it, but MrsDre did 95% of the work. I cut the pieces, and she fit them together, and added the handle wraps. I told her I was gonna commission a few more out of her and she rolled her eyes at me. She'll do it... |

At first, I didn't like the Beachhead head. Now I think it works pretty good, it reminds me of American Ninja for some reason. Nice job on the tonfa and bow. You can try these tutorials for more homemade ninja weapons.

Heh. Where do you think I got the idea for the tonfa?
I really want to get into making some swords and knives, but no place around me carries styrene AT ALL...and I'm not mail ordering it, I'm lazy like that. I'm also looking at your sling tutorials closely, so be on the look out for more along those lines. I didn't paint the eyebrows on the Beachhead head, so it retains it's American look...which isn't a bad thing really. We have Snake Eyes and Kamakura, so there has to be a few others out there. I may work on an alternate unmasked head, just for schnitzengiggles. This whole project has been a lot of fun actually. I'm hoping to get at least three or four different weapons made in the near future. Dre |

I'm starting to attempt to make my own bladed weapons.
I'm working on swords right now. It's going OK. Couple of WIP shots for now. |
