What happens to all the abandoned and forgotten military hardware and armor when it all goes to hell?

Thanks to Red Beard, former military with a working knowledge of military armor, the 'Noks were able to get this deserted Army Reserve APC back up and running.

There are still a few things I plan on adding to this; working front winch, more graffiti, fuel drums, barb wire, and other stuff it was too nice out yesterday to not snap a few pics. And no I won't be changing the color. Growing up in an outlaw biker family I have never liked the way the 'Noks were portrayed and can't for the life of me get on board with the horrid paint scheme used for many of their vehicles.

The "Hood Ornament" 'Stan. I also added LEDs to the front.







This is my favorite part of this vehicle, I gutted the inside (something I hadn't seen before). I hated all the lost space. I added a turret stand with a fold down foot rest which I've had in my fodder bin for a long time.



And as is my style I geared it up including completely repainting the Captain America motorcycle.

Sweet. How did you get the floor from the turret base to the bottom of the vehicle. Did you cut away the base, and then glue it to the bottom? I've cut away the upper sides, but left the base raised. How did you get the base all the way down?

Hard to explain I'll try my best.

I cut out the "block" of plastic in the middle (with the top and 3 sides). I then cut the top off of the sides. What I was left with was a gaping hole on the inside; the back wall and floor. I too some plastic sheet and made a back wall. I then added the top from the "block" that I cut out and put on the bottom, reinforcing it with additional plastic sheet otherwise it wouldn't have anything to hold it in place.
