Looking at the Marvel Hercules figure I was thinking that it was about as close as we are ever going to get to Ramar from the original cartoon mini-series. But the beard just wasn't going to work. Also the head seemed a little too small for a huge body so since War World Hulk was on clearance and I happened to have some hair from a Baroness figure things just sort of slapped together with some trimming, gluing, and bit of paint.
While the head is a bit large I thought the overall figure had a more realistic height than Ramar had in the cartoon. Of course the figure has all the flaws that come with Marvel Universe Hercules, but for a minor character who only shows up once in the cartoons I figure it's not too horrible. Formula: Body- Marvel Universe Hercules with belt buckle filled in and harness painted. Head- Marvel Universe War World Hulk painted. Hair- Baroness. Ax- Marvel Universe War World Hulk. Of course it needs a picture with Duke to show off his size. |

This has long been my plan as well, but I'm using Baroness hair on a Ripcord head. If someone ever casts Big Boa's web gear in blue, ill use that. But I can actually see Hasbro using this figure to give us a Ramar.
