So I REALLY didn't like the Retaliation Kamakura and I am terrible with paint so I only kitbash. When I saw the new Flint figure, I thought it might make a decent ninja. This is what I came up with. I still haven't decided on a permanent head yet. Anyway... thanks for looking!

My thoughts were in the same place as yours only when I initially tested the lower legs with the Flint uppers they did not fit well. I haven't went to the table to start modifying them but I was wondering how much if any modification at all you did. By the way, great choice of upper arms!
