That looks great! I've got one of the trucks sitting in my hobby room waiting for me to mod the seats. Tell me, how did you do it? Did you remove the cab for access? Any tips or pics you could give would be appreciated.

Airwrench, Now lets get down to the dirty work. First get a flat head screwdriver and slide it in as shown and pry up and the bottom will snap off. It has snap locks on both sides just under the door steps Remove the bottom piece Now flip over and lift the cab off. There is a snap on the rear bottom of the cab but if you lift the front up first it should lift right off. Now I cut the seats totally out as you can see from the bottom Then cut out a new floor section that cover over the holes using .030 thick sheet polystyrene and glued it down. I had some Star Trek seats that came with the figures. I cut and glued them on after fitting a joe in the seat to see where it needed to be located. Hope this helps you out, |

I found one of the planes at TRU marked down to $15!!! i was pretty psyched. I have it in my hand now, and i gotta ask, HOW did you get that seat out? I can't figure out how the thing opens! no screwholes, and it feels like it is glued or welded.
