i cut off the old hands, heated up a small screw melted channels through each forearm (as straight as i could) and poped in his new hands! he still fits on the board.

Curious, why did you cut them off instead of using hot water and pulling them out with needle nose pliers?

they were from the firefly that came with the roc gunship.
