stumbled across it a few months back A Real American Book! | Behind the scenes of Tim Finn's G.I. Joe book someone had mentioned Hama didn't like the character with some comment to the effect "is this Cobra-la 2?" Which is why we got Cesspool as the leader. i dont know if its true or not, sure someone could shed more light on it. Just thought it was a cool tid bit that made me wanna make him all the more. Hopefully I'll be done the Space Force dud, cobra bazooka trooper and Cobra sniper soon |

Fantastic! He would fit right in with Eco-Warriors IMO.

I see no mention of him being related to Destro in his filecard.

The figure looks great, the color pattern works well for the figure. I just do not see an Eco-Warrior character (nothing on you, you based the figure on a Hasbro canceled design), the character looks more like Gengis Khan, one of the genetic codes added to create Serpentor. Did you use the name McCullen for the character or was that part of the original art design? Would be interesting that Hasbro was coming up with more relatives for Destro.
