Just finished him! Everything fits just right, like I had hoped. Gotta love it when things work out as you plan...
Anyways, he's painted up to look identical (although I added the trenchcoat belt) to the SE from the Marvel/Hama Joe comics. In issue #36, SE and Scarlett are ambushed by Fred (Wade Collins) and his gang while on a ferry boat. Cool issue... Enjoy!

Very cool, the rubber mask does not look very out of scale either. How did you do the mask?

ROC Destro: torso, arms. Jacket painted green, shirt brown, and tie blue to match the comic version. ROC CC: legs. Pants painted brown and shoes leather brown to match the comic version. Indiana Joe figure?: Needed flesh hands, don't remember who's I grabbed. ROC White Coat Rex: head. His head is more scarred than the black version. I also painted away his eyebrows. Why would a burn patient have eyebrows and hair when his ENTIRE face had been ravaged? 2003 Zartan: Duke mask. Complete mask that fits entirely over the head, perfect fit! No alterations needed. 1991 Red Star: hat. Perfect fit, but had to paint it green to match the trenchcoat, and re-painted black brim and then brass symbol. 2009 ROC Baroness: glasses. Another great fit tops this figure off, in my humble opinion. Weapon: Don't remember, but probably from Marauder Gun Runners. They always make awesome stuff. Gun was closest to what SE "borrowed" from the Crimson Guards in that fight scene. Painted it lightly with steel, to give it that worn metal look.

You absolutely perfectly nailed it. It's cool to see a custom like this because it's not just a custom version of an established character, but you used source material and made something that has not been done, and made that whole rubber mask concept work. The fact that it's not just a swap-able head, but an actual mask to fit the figure really makes it special. I'm impressed. I would love to see this front-paged!

I'm strongly considering collecting figs/pieces/accessories to make SE's Vietnam LRRP squad of 6. Hmmm...
