I generally am way to lazy to post pics of my customs but I needed some cash so I put one of my BATs up for sale. Here are a few pics of my custom BAT. You can read about what I did to create him at the BST forum here..

how did you put the head lower? it´s a amazing custom, so many ideas i saw here and in ebay two. The plastic shield on the chest-gears a awesome idea

It was a long and brutal process. I wrote about it on the BST thread but to make it short... I cut it off then cut a new angle into the bottom, super glued it down then I sculpted a neck around it with Green stuff. Makes him look worlds better.

Would you believe someone said that to me when I first started customizing toys like this. Aw well. Some people will never get it, but I'm glad there are others out there that do. This is about what a BD BAT should look like ! Now you gotta pull some limbs off

The lower head makes him look more menacing. The human mind identifies with figure and proportion first before anything else. It's inherent withing us, because before there was speech there was always body language.
The head mod makes this figure instantly recognizable as something tough, and evil. It's amazing what a little posturing can do. |
