So, I was originally going to do this custom mostly out of Airborne's parts. Unfortunately, I STILL haven't found even one bloody Airborne fig'! Luckily, I was able to cannibalize parts from Lift Ticket instead. All things considered, I think it turned out better and a lot closer to the original vintage figure than I expected. I know some folks have already made customs of Crazylegs, but here's the recipe I used for my own variation: * Goggles = Viper; * Helmet = Lift Ticket (with slight modifications); * Head = Lift Ticket; * Torso = Snake Eyes, Version 3; * Arms (both upper and lower) = Lift Ticket; * Chest Grenades = Viper; * Knife = Zartan (slightly cut and modified); * Upper Legs = Viper (with one minor slicing/modification); * Lower Legs and Feet = a random Duke figure (with adhesive putty added to the knees to keep them from becoming floppy). And in case you're wondering, yes, the helmet and knife are removeable: Questions, comments, critiques? P.S.--I'll post pics of Crazylegs fully geared up, once I eventually find an appropriate backpack (probably Airborne's). Last edited by Mog; 09-07-2015 at 03:45 PM.. |

Nice!
Not to make you feel bad, but Airborne's have been pretty abundant out here.
