I'm digging the upper body work but the legs look pretty feminine. I can't tell if that's just the cammera angle...(?)

I think this is a cool figure concept that hasbro created back in the day... Really nice work on the painting and I really like some of the parts selection... The Helmet... Where do you get one of those? I like the armor vest work as well... I also like the use of the tall jackboots or whatever from the Crimson Guard/Cobra Commander. The upper legs did always seem a bit thin, but I have considered that the uniform that was represented there actually was more form fitting...
Good job overall.

Thank you guys! Yep, he should have rosy cheeks! LOL I would have used IG Destro's legs, but I couldn't find the perfect hips for it. Will update when I find one.
