I think what we have here, is a name mix-up from Hasbro. Anyone remember the vintage 4LOM and Zuckuss switch? I say this because the figures just don't match any comic reference I've seen, or have been able to find.
So to me, this guy is Slash. |

You need to post your resume at Hasbro. They sure could use people like you instead on resorting to repaints. Good job.

The head is SS, with a sculpted hood and middle eye piece. Fairly easy to do. I guess it just depends on exactly how you want the hood to lay on the head, or how it hangs off of the head. I tried to follow a few comic shots for reference.
