Finished. All scratch built except for the head, joints and hands. Megatron is 19"- that would be about 29 feet tall in 1:18th scale.
Now I'm back to square one- having Megatron and Prime finished. Next up will either be Starscream or Ironhide.

I sold the first Prime and Megatron only because 24" was too large. I find the 18" and under versions much better for 1:18th. Even for taking pics they're much easier to work with.

Oh brother this looks amazing, I am curious about the head. I have been searching for a large Megatron noggin, could you please tell the dimensions of his head if you don't mind and where you got it?
