While not a custom, he's more like a semi-custom. I bought this figure off of Evil-Bay(where else?), thinking he was a generic figure that looked perfect as Tunnel Rat. Well it turns out, he was actually Tunnel Rat! From 2002.
He didn't come with any accessories(or even his pants!), so I semi-customized him to look more like his 1987 3.75" counterpart. Here's what I put together:

I got some grey camo patttern clothes today, so now Low-Light has a new look:

Finally got the clothes for my Sub-Zero custom, so I got him finished up last night.
The clothes are a GI Joe Arctic Mission pack(except for the toque, I dug that out of my collection of various Barbie clothes), and the figure is a Lanard Ultra Corps! Figure. His grumpy face was a perfect match. Oh, the boots are from another clothing pack. Same with the belts.

Here's my version of Muskrat. I gave him clothes with a camo pattern to make him look even more badass.
