My very easy take on Torpedo in a camouflaged dry suit.
No painting or other cosmetic/construction work required (other than some head Dremel'ing) Body, arms and legs: The much underrated Marauders' Barbecue. Head: Chief Torpedo v1 (2003) Flippers: No idea Rebreather: BBi Elite Force Navy SEAL Sled: Wet Suit (v11) |

Nice! I've been wondering when someone would put divers in drysuits.

Good use of the Barbeque body. This would be my only reason to buy that figure. I think those flippers are from the PTE SEALs.

I love this. I have always thought the SW Clone Troopers/Jango Fett head is the perfect look for Torpedo. Isn't he from Hawaii or some Pacific Island? I think those SW head capture that ethnic look.
Edit: Did some research work and the actor who played Jango Fett is from New Zealand, but is of Maori descent. The Maori were originally Polynesian. Torpedo is Hawaiian which has some ties to the Pacific Islanders who can include Polynesia. So in a round about way. The head could work or you could just use Chief Torpedo! LOL! Very clever. Nothing beats an easy custom that uses the right parts like this.

Looks good. I always liked that Chief Torpedo figure.
I'm using the Spc. Altitude (AoCI) body with the green Deep Six head for my 'dry' Torpedo.

Thanks everyone for your comments

That said, I would really like a decent old-school tiger-stripe camo body/arms/legs to create an extra-paint-free Wet-Suit from Marvel Special Missions #8 (Ambush) or Yearbook #4 (and without the cost of the Convention figure who while cool, looks too modern and MultiCam to me) |
