V Toys I Visitors I LJN I 1985 I Plaidstallions.com
There actually was a proposed V 3 3/4" figure line from LJN. Buyers weren't 'wowed' by the line and it died before they produced any. |

Lol. Sorry Turner. That was a line of figures that I would have loved to have owned. Also wished they would have gone ahead and done the figures from The Last Starfighter. Ah well.

You know, I was big into this show as a kid, but watchd it as an adult and not only did it not hold up well, but also had some very troubling social messages.

He looks great! - I love V, its one of the first Sci-Fi's I remember, and I still love it!
There was an episode early on where some kids are playing with V figures in this scale and there was some realy cool looking ships too - Legend has it they were prototypes for a toyline that fell through. V Check out my V website for more info and pics on the prototypes. I have an article about the unreleased toyline and some in-larged scans of the line (will post a readable one here later). Sad they never got released, but i have spoke with two former LJN workers who have some, but still won't sell them.:( Prototypes - www.sirianvisitors.com And thanks everyone for the wonderful comments. I am working on more visitors (main characters), as well as Donovan, Julie, and Tyler soon. Last edited by jai; 09-23-2012 at 03:36 PM.. |
