Since I was commissioned to do so, I finally tackled the Dreadnok Thunder Machine. Along with a new paint scheme, I also added 18 LEDs to bring it to life. Be sure to check the video to see all the lights in action.

Even without the lights, that's a killer refurb. This is what the Thunder Machine must have looked like when it rolled off the factory floor before Thrasher got it.

MANE I'm sorry but you just need to do a tutorial or a vid or something cuz every time I look at one of my custom vehicles I say..."would look so much better if it was fireflyed!!!" got any good links or sites? sum'n!!!! |

Very nice...I like what you did with the base color scheme...it very much as a "cold slither" vibe. I've wanted to do something like this since seeing that the place you get your leds from had a police "wig wag" circuit.
I think the look could be improved greatly if you were to hide the LEDs behind some lenses...especially the flashers for the police light bar. they look good from some angles, but pretty goofy from different angles. Would also have been fun to add their "flame kit" to the jet exhaust. |
