Threw this guy together while waiting for other stuff to dry. Nothing really special, but wanted to throw him out there.
I know there's a ton of zombie joe customs at this point, so figured what the hell's one more. Torso, right arm, left leg from PoC Shock Trooper. Lower left arm, lower right leg and head from 30th Zombie Viper. Vest: Can't remember and can't find it at the moment online. Some in-progress pics(told ya I just threw him together): Painted on a very very light coat of black then wiped it off(not sure the name of that process, but it works). Ended up mixing 3 custom colors today, 2 for this guy alone: the blood color is a mix of guards red, yellow, clear orange and black. The blue I came up with to match the rest of him was a mix of Ford engine blue and black. And here are the final pics. I managed to match the blue enough on the first try that I likely won't change it at this point.

When it comes to zombies, I say the more the merrier!! I just wish McFarlane would have done The Walking Dead in 1:18 scale.

Agreed on the McFarlane point. Hell, any of his stuff. At some point in the future(prolly distant at this point), I'd like to do a Joe-scale Kaneda and Tetsuo and even Kaneda's bike. I love his versions so much, but wish they had more articulation. As long as this wasn't an exact duplicate of something else done, I'm ok with this. Though after looking it over and having a friend see it in person, I think I will add the torn shirt cuff and paint that and repaint the ZV lower leg to closer match the blue. Like I mentioned, I just mixed up the blue and didn't even think it'd dry that much darker. So now I know to use a drop or two less of black and think it'll be fine. I'm also still searching for the best way to get custom names on stands. I am going to finally try printing waterslide decals tomorrow, but am not sure if there's a better way to do it. Plus I'm not even sure if my printer is high enough quality.

Let me know how the decals go. Are you using the Testor's kit? I want to try that one. Yesterday I bought the Testors airbrush kit and I'm dying to try it. I'm still relatively a newbie at customizing.

Didn't get around to it today, but yes, that's the kit. Though, found out the hard way the software is crap. Basically all I'm going to use out of it is the paper and maybe the spray.
Ended up spending some time to see how the Testor's program printed and then setup a file in photo shop that should allow me to print my own stuff. Maybe with tomorrow being sunday, I'll have the time to try.

Always a plus!! I learned most of what I know in PS because of an ex. Has come in handy more times than ever could have expected.

Isn't it odd how an ex always has some value later?
