looks great! I will borrow the visor idea. I blacked out the neon as well when I first got my paraviper.

So is it just the lighting that is making the gear look sweet? its all two toned and looks gritty.

The gear has a black wash applied, and that's about it.

Phenomenal job Obi! I like your mod so much a mocked up a side-by-side comparison. Can you say more about how you blacked out the knee pads? Paint? Sharpie?
In knocking out the visor, I'm assuming you left some space that you went back and painted black, right? Or is that the mask showing from underneath? Anything done to the visor? It looks redder...

How can I do a "black wash" to my Para Vipers gear?

I like what you did with the helmet. I'm debating whether to paint over the neon colors on mine or leave as is. For some reason, I kind of like it, but what you've done sure looks nice.

Exactly, EXACTLY, mod for mod, what I'm planning on doing to mine. It's like, these are such tiny modifications that can make the whole fig look 10 times better, but somehow I don't take the time to do it. Because I think it's too easy? I don't know, but kudos to you for getting it done and done RIGHT! Outstanding!
