Nice work on this figure, he is a very cool character, and it has given me a few ideas on the one I am doing (a very lazy version) of him myself using an IJ Nazi figure painted black and with this same head. Despite what someone said about gloss never drying, you could apply a gloss sealer to your paint and this will definitely dry and give you a nice glossy effect.

Kroenen.
Recipe: Head - SDS (not sure who sculpted it, but the thing is spot on) Torso - Resolute CC (5-pack) Arms - Resolute Destro (5-pack) Skirt - MU 70th Red Skull Upper Legs - RoC Destro Lower Legs - Resolute CC (5-pack) Trench Coat - Wolverine: Origins Victor Creed/Sabertooth Luger - MU 70th Red Skull Sword - made from scrap/it's not permanently attached. I'm just asking because I want to make one of these for myself, and I just want to use the best possible recipe. If there's a specific reason you used the parts you did, I just want to know, because your Kroenen came out pretty damn sweet.

I decided I'm making one of these also, but I'm going with a simpler approach. I'm just using the SDCC Red Skull figure and the Sabretooth coat. The Red Skull figure's uniform is almost a perfect match for Kroenen's and it's paintjob is a dull dark grey/black that matches the Sabretooth coat almost perfectly...there won't be any clashes between glossy parts and the dull coat that way.
My only question is to what to use for the wrist blades...any suggestions?
