Here is my Zartan from the IDW series. He is kind of the only thing I like that Dixon has written so far... He is much more self-centered which fits with someone who can look like anyone.
Here is in his usual face (which isn't his natural one but he prefers it). I gave him green pinpoints in his eyes that probably can't be seen in these photos. Pretty pleased with this figure because it actually was a big pain to do. I took a Men in Black III jacket, put it on the Paris Pursuit Snake Eyes body, gave him ROC Cobra Commander legs, a collar from Resolute Cobra Commander, and a tie from a DC Hush figure's trench coat strap. It's crazy how much work it takes to get a figure in a plain suit! It's too bad the Men in Black figures are too bulky and short to work on their own. Coming soon: IDW Firefly! |

It is a shame the MIB3 characters are shoulder heavy. They seem to work well as back ground civilians but it would be hard to have them do more than cower in a Joe dio.

I WISH i had that SDCC Destro in the suit. I almost bought one on ebay yesterday but it's so expensive. I am holding out and hoping to buy a few Professor X figures in the Marvel Universe line that use the same body when it comes out later this year.
Actually, that will probably be uber-expensive as well. Sigh. Thanks for all the comments, y'all! I'm looking into doing a Bludd figure but I personally don't love the IDW design... Much fonder of the Renegades Bludd. I use a variation of this for my default Bludd: MAJOR BLUDD (v6), YOJOE.COM | YoJoe.com: Dedicated to the G.I.Joe of the 80's, 90's and beyond! Currently, I am working on a new character from IDW who is on Flint's team... CLOCKSPRING! WIzaaahh? Oh yeah. |
