The knee joint is the same from the B.A.T. lower leg. The Tri-State Viper were custom figures made for the Tri State Viper forum board. The design was created by Violentfix and painted by Nomad. The figures were limited to only 50 made and included a custom card art created by me. The figure was reviewed by General Joe when they were released. The figures were given out during the 2010 GI Joe convention to those whom preordered them. Here is an image of the card art for the Original Tri-State Viper figure.
