If you mean the pack, I can show you Vietnam era LRRP and SEAL photos that would make your back hurt. |

I recently watched a special about Cambodian rangers who travel into their rich jungles to engage drug traffickers and destroy these small camps where they extract a tree sap used for ecstasy and I was amazed how little they carried with them. Small pack with machete and an assault rifle for up to a week in the jungle.
Anyways, I really like the colors used for this guy. |

Oh yeah, the hook swords and batons would be a waste of time imo. I would think se would be packing a medium length sword to do his ninja thing with, a couple of knives (one for combat, and a good utility), and then his primary weapon (something packing enough punch to go through brush or intervening foliage without losing kinetic kill potential).

A little different than non-indigenous combat troops in a full-up war situation, but I see what you're saying. I still say it's not a really valid complaint. More Joe customs could do with some care with thoughts to actual things like rucksacks, pouches and canteens.

Here in lies my point though, i don't see SE as a lrrp troop or carrying out any kind of extended jungle warfare. I see him as more of a human cruise missile. You find him a target, set him on his path, and things vaporize. Jungle snakeeyes would insert, proceed to target asap, and neutralize. I would gear him up with a ruck, combat kit as above, and whatever else he needs i would expect him to find, make, or acquire from hostiles. |

Hey guys thanks for all the comments.
I didnt mean to break out a full on disscussion about what backpack or weapons he should or shouldnt have but their is another option, how about he sneeks around an assess the situation drops the pack chooses his weapons then makes his assault. Good option or not? |
