I was heavily influenced by the brillaint riverspoons customs to give my avengers a repaint/reworking. Thanks for the inspiration mate.
I totally reworked and sculpted a movie accurate vest on Thor and im much happier with him this time around. Its mainly just a headswap and new paint job for cap, amazing how many silver details they missed off him really. i just couldnt bring myself to remove that holster and side arm though. i nknow its not movie accurate but i think it would be very handy indeed for cap. Both Thors needed much longer hair too Last edited by STJuggernaut; 05-27-2014 at 05:53 PM.. |

Nice work, dude! Love the maskless Cap variant. I have one that I found in the wild. Wasn't sure if I was gonna keep it... but now I am!
Cool pics! Thanks for sharing!

hulk is from the incredible hulk movie figures. edward norton film. cap head is rocket grenade captain america from the avengers line. When you buy it; the head on that fig is on an updated version of the world war 2 body.

Nice work! I really like the sleeveless Thor. How hard was it to crack the torso to do the arm swap?

I wouldnt say it was oberly hard. but i didnt want to break it so i had to be bery careful. i boiled him first, then wrapped a sock aroind him and put him i the vice. its a dangerous method because he could have snapped into smitherines lol. i had to pry it open a little too.
