I decided to make the cast of my favourite video game series (Sakura Wars) in GI Joe scale.
Was going to start with this guy (he's a spy/undercover guy think Chuckles), gonna use a SDCC Cobra Commander body and custom scuplt, a guitar for him... any ideas on a head with slicked back hair though?

You should check out the Hulkbusters 2 pack from the Hulk line.
The body is from the DTC GI Joe line so it's in scale with those figures. If you're gonna use a 25th body you'll need to cut the neck off and drill out a hole in the head |

hmm the nose kinda ruins it for me (and I don't want to fix the crappy eyes), I'll try looking at a couple other lines (star wars for starters). But thanks, so far that's the best one.

check out Tri-Gate creations. They have a ton of cast human heads, and I'm sure a few would fit what you're looking for.

Which figures are you talking about? All the ones I've seen are about 5" tall. Were the kids smaller in the regular line? (I forget as it's been a few years now since I've seen them at stores)

Nah, I've only seen the 7" ones at retail too, didn't know NECA made them in two scales 4" and 7" till just now.
