I'm surprised Sunbow didn't have an episode like this. The "evil twin" is such a cheesy cliché and a way to cut down production costs. Like a repaint. Reminds me of Bizarro. Or that blue He-man with the orange hair, lol.
That said, it is pretty damn cool & I love the props you used!

Great, original (for GI Joe anyhow) idea! Seems like something they would have actually done in some unproduced cartoon episode. For the Joe-made version you could take a strange-looking Cobra character and make them look like a perfectly normal human.

I think the concept is neat but the figure looks pretty frail by comparison to all the joes you just got done with.
