Scarlett has had a face-lift and looks much more beautiful.

at first，use the knife to cut off the excess of the face
Then Sanded smooth
at last，use the colour make up
haha，it's OK

BTW, I'm trying to do a similar "face lift" to an RoC Baroness head. She has require a LOT more work than your Scarlett...

hah...good attempt...on a side note this hasbro head is the absolute worst they have done, even more so then the ones that came from the resolute scarlett figure...tops even ROC Baroness in the fugly dept....I dont think anyone can fix it lol..least ya tried...this last pic looks scary
