Here's the original Sgt. Hacker if anyone doesn't know who he is: YOJOE.COM | Sgt. Hacker
I managed to score a Sgt Hacker in a trade so I decided to modernize him. Since his Spy Troops disguise is Firefly, I found it fitting to use a Firefly base. Didn't like the small feet so I swapped them out. I cut up some parts from the original and added it to his arms as well as that thing on his right thigh. The card art shows a grappling hook on his belt so I added that too. Not a total 100% translation but I got the main parts that I wanted to transfer over, such as the knife on his webgear and the carabiner on his belt. Hope you guys like it. Close up of his leg piece: Just for fun, his spy troops gear. Don't plan on ever using it again though...haha.

This was the very first spytroops figure I got, and it's potentially my favorite. Looks great. I wish Hasbro would release a second version.

Cool. I actually really liked Sgt Hacker, but I really wish he looked more like his card art. The only thing I'm missing is his rifle...haha. I figured the MP5K would be a suitable replacement given his specialty. Won't get in his way while he's at a computer terminal.

Thanks! That's what I love about these figures, the plastic is very soft so it's easy to work with and allows me to do things like this. I may be tempted to use the wrist computer that is on Med Alert and modify it onto Sgt Hacker cause I think that makes a lot of sense.
