This is my first post anywhere, ever, so I hope I'm doing this right.
These are a few of my customs. I finally discovered acrylic paint and haven't looked back. I've painted about 25 figures in 3 weeks creating mods and customs. I don't kill myself trying to get them Original Figure acurate. I perfer some kind of updated version or uniqueness. I realy wanted to post these to show that you don't have to wait for hasbro to get to your favorites. With very little skill and a lot of paitiance I was able to create alot of figures for my growing collection. Hope you like them. Road Pig-I just went with a Roadblock figure and gave him a grey tank. Head/hands=Random Ultimate Soldier Rest of body=Roadblock Shoulderpad=Original Arrow pouch=Storm Shadow pack Monkeywrench-still a work in progress. I painted him before I got the right paint for his jeans and jacket but I thought this looked cool. I wanted to show this before I went with the more traditional colors. Head=Ripper mod Torso/Upperarms=Storm Shadow Comic Pack Lower Arms=Ripper Legs=Firefly Pouch=Roadblock Bandana=Green Stuff Jacket=Indiana Jones Mutt Bandalier=Snake Eyes Zandar-Another work in progress. An amalgam of all his designs from the comics. I haven't decided on gear or a bandana or not, so this is for now. any sugestions? Head=Star Wars Antilles Torso/Arms/Lower Legs=Tomax Thighs=Storm Shadow Comic Pack Belt=Ripper Last edited by KjK; 07-20-2020 at 10:35 PM.. |

Sorry I don't know exactly what figure it came from. I've bought a bunch of 21st century Toys Ultimate soldier figures when I see them cheap. When I get them home I pop off the heads and hands and grab the weapons and throw the torsos in a box. I haven't kept track of figure names or card backs but will from now on. I enjoy the recipes in most posts and will try to get mine more accurate. |

Your Monkey Wrench is amazing. The head looks a lot like Big Boss Man from classic wwf days so thank you for the idea.
It took me awhile to figure out the guy on the bike was Zandar but that's is my ignorance to anythign other than how th arah figure looked. Road Pig is just not hitting it for me, but the legs are awesome. What are the bikes and tree stumps from? |

The bikes are various 1/18th scale that I have sumbled on over the years. I always check out the hot wheels/matchbox isle for cool finds. The tree stumps are just woodchips. |
