Typhoid, of The Plague Colonel Korso found her in a back-alley of Hong Kong, half starved, and offering herself to three soldiers on leave while they whistled at her and smacked her like an animal. Korso called to her over their cacophony - "I will give you all the food you want, a house and a home and a family...if you kill these men right now." To the soldiers' surprise, she did just that. Now known as Typhoid, The Plague is her family, it's members her brothers, it's leader...something like a father, but there is more... She will do whatever Colonel Korso asks, even if it means her own end. Last edited by GigaMach; 01-19-2014 at 10:45 PM.. |

Cobra Bunker Buster Been awhile since I've posted anything here, but I got inspired recently. Here's the easiest bash ever. I like this new Cobra trooper, but at current availability and pricing, I can't see myself ever getting more than the one i have. Which works out just fine, as a specialist like this wouldn't be required en-mass. |

I don't have a name of affiliation for this guy yet, but another use for the Dollar General Wave 2 SE body, the Retaliation Alley Viper webgear, and the alt head of the Retaliation Cobra Combat Ninja. Not sure this AUG works for this guy, though. |

Hit & Run Finally, a Hit & Run I can stand behind! Again, thanks to the Dollar General figures for all the parts. Wave 2 Shipwreck, Wave 2 SE webgear, ye olde comic-pack Beachhead scarf, and the Cobra Island Hit & Run head and helmet. I used some small green backpack as well as a modern rifle. While I do like the Night Force Convention Ex. Hit & Run, this guy does it for me. |

In-Action, Man!
Dinos. And Kwinn. That's a GeekCreek tribute if ever there was one. I called this one "Mission: Complete", trying to call to mind the end of a Metal Slug level where your intrepid soldier takes a swig from a canteen or collapses in exhaustion. i love me some Metal Slug... Monsters. The tentacled variety. |

ChevyMel and Phantro...Thanks for the encouragement! This burst of creativity has been fun, so i hope i can keep it up. to that end:
Wolf Master: Lupin Lupin is a Kurd from Northeastern Syria. His family was slaughtered in the PKK guerrilla wars. As such, he grew up scarred, scared and alone in the mountains near his family home, befriending only the wolves in the forest. They accepted him into his pack, and as he grew, a legend sprung forth of a man who lead a pack of wolves against any and all who would dare to hurt the Kurdish people. Lupin fights with savagery, but his greatest asset is the fear he instills. However, can anyone be sure that his motives are truly as legendary and pure as the stories would lead one to believe? Not much of a bash...I just never thought of that figure as anything like Zartan. Swap the head, add overstock of "Timbers" and blammo - insta-bash! The radical redesigns of so many characters on a regular basis makes me long for the heyday of Joe past, when new characters were the norm, rather than the exception. |

Whoa!
I of course follow you on Flickr, but I didn't know you'd created a thread here at the Tank! I must have missed it when you started it. Favorited this one on Flickr recently. Top-notch! Quote:
