Thanks for the kind words...Yeah, I was following Geek Creek on Flickr for a while, and he really inspired me to pull out the figures and start digging in. I've always enjoyed the writing part - It's almost more fun for me, once I have a figure I think that works, to write up the Bio make a name to fit the face, so to speak.

As I've been experimenting with kitbashing, as inspired by Geek Creek Monte, I figured I'd share some of them here, and add to the creative side of the Tank, as opposed to just the commentary side. I hope you enjoy them, and let me know what I can do better and what inspires you! Here goes...
I too saw Greek Creek Monte, thread and got inspired by two of his pieces. So I went to work:

Anthrax, of The Plague Anthrax was handpicked by Colonel Korso, as were all of The Plague, for his ruthlessness, fearlessness, and commitment to getting the job done. An exceptional hand-to-hand fighter, Anthrax truly excels at wetworks - getting up close and personal with his kills, and making as much of a mess as possible. He relishes the fear in his victims faces, and even among the rest of The Plague, he is regarded with careful trepidation. |

Jacques "Fixer" Le Loup Fixer was born and orphaned in Haiti, the son of a mercenary who drew the ire of a powerful terrorist organization. When he was less than a year old, his mother left him on the doorstep of an orphanage the day said organization came calling, killing her and her tough but not indestructible husband. The French nun who found him named and raised Jacques as her own, but even her kindness couldn't quench the abandon and attraction to danger that was in his DNA. Toughened by a hard life, and smart enough to do something about it, Jacques came to understand intimately the ins and outs of the criminal underworld, while the faith he was raised in kept him from succumbing to the temptations that go along with that world...at least, not all of them. While not an official member of the Trouble-Shooters, he has helped them on numerous occasions, and while wary of those he associates with, Doc trusts Fixer to do what is right...most of the time. |

Not at all. It's simply an RoC Reactive Armor Duke, swapping the lower legs and head with Wraith, and sliding the Wraith chest piece on over the neck. Thanks!

Red Death, of The Plague Formerly of the Crimson Guard, Red Death was pulled from their ranks by Colonel Korso, who saw in him not only a sharp tactical mind, but an ability to do the worst possible things to anyone with no remorse. After all, it's only business. He is an elite among the elite, and knows it, taking field command of the team in the Colonel's absence. Whether in the board-room or the battlefield, Red Death has shown that he will do whatever it takes to come out above his enemies. |
