Forgot about this custom. Of course, ARAH Wet-Suit has been done to death.
Base is AOCI Wet-Suit. Lower arms: ROC Hawk Shins: Hiss Driver Helmet: Broken Arrow cast of ROC Flash helmet VBSS version of Wet-suit http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...-wet-suit.html

I made my own custom Wet Suit sometime last year using the ROC Hawk lower arms as well, but they were very loose.
The elbow pegs kept sliding down and hanging from the upper arm holes which made the lower arms appear as if they were dangling from a thread. I really had to push them up in there with some force in order to keep them from dangling, but everytime I atempt to move the arms the elbow pegs slide down and hang from the holes again. Did you have the same problem?

I just never understood why a character named "Wet-Suit" has short sleeves.

You'll have to ask the Hasbro designers about that.
