For the past month, I was working on several custom projects and that including some of the figures.
While back I purchased Indiana Jones figure, but I hated it because it was not articulated enough like the Joe. So I took the entire body of Wild Bill - Since he is a peg warming here - and create the new Indi. Now he is part of the Joe team. Two weeks ago, I scored 2 packs of Destro and Iron Grenadier, but then I end up with bunch of un-needed Destro. So I decided to create couple new guys, and I called them Iron Grenadier Commander. They take direct order from General Voltar - now I need Voltar. They are my favorite now. I always like Ice Viper when I was a kid; I was about to use Snow Job for the project but I was not close to what I want. Recently, Snow Serpent is available, so I took the body and turn it into Ice Viper. I was thinking to use Cobra Viper goggles, but since I have this available from FireFly, so there is no need to destroy a Viper for just a goggle. I also noticed another fellow here doing almost the same. That was so cool and coincident. Now I am currently working on Artic Hisstank. Last edited by tuan_tran73; 04-03-2009 at 07:45 PM.. |

WOW!
You know, that is a really great use for those extra Destros! I don't think I would have ever thought of doing that myself. Great job! Those Destro customs are 100% dancing fat kid approved! |

Thank you for giving me an idea what to do with those extra destros! Don't be suprised if half the guys on Hisstank steel that idea. (come to think of I also have a spare wild bill......) |

another way of making Indiana Jones I used a Breaker Head, Wave 7 Duke Body, removing lower Duke arms and replacing his arms with Indiana Jones figure along with painting upper arms and adding leather vest-jacket and Fedora hat
