Great Job dude. It will be interesting to compare your work to the rumored Blowtorch coming in the spring.

Your Blowtorch custom figure is great. It's refreshing to see someone having the guts to customize that character from scratch because there aren't any fitting parts to make him. It's the first 25th custom of him that I remember seeing in any joe board. Keep doing those cool customs.

That's the first 25th Blowtorch I've seen. Good work on him. I like the sculpting and the colors.

Your sculpting is dang fine !
I would like to point out that your paint quality brings your hard work down a notch, unfortunately. Not your painting skills...just the quality of paint you're using. Try Games Workshop/Citadel or Testors Model Master and you WON'T believe how much better this custom could have been, you'll be kicking yourself afterwards for not upgrading your paints sooner.

Yeah I want it to be known I hate yellow paint very much. I think there is eight coats on that figure and for some apparent reason it still wouldn't fully cover every bit of the figure. For lighter colors I'm going to save some cash to buy a better brand of paint.

really nice work. is that a new head sculpt or a modified one from another line?
also, Bolo already has a 25th anniversary Blowtorch figure from Hasbro. |

It would be a sin if I didn't comment on this figure. FRICKIN' AWESOME. Oh and don't worry about making a card just send him to me.
