First off, Rangers Lead the Way! - and when I see 30th Stalker I cringe to be honest.
For my collection I need Stalker to be more Ranger, and less of what he looks like in his latest rendition by Hasbro. I don't like the fact that he's a regurgitated Resolute with a POC SE recycle body base and recycled Web gear. Nice looking figure, yes, but not a Stalker I want in my collection. Below is my 'almost finished' Stalker, I need to match the flesh tone of the neck and head, and Im debating a camo pattern - whether I want one, and whether it should be on the top or bottom. Well, here is - the work is all repaint, I fixed his goofy eyes, and trimmed his 'stache to Army regulation. Stalker sets the example after all.

I definitely like the parts choice. A lot. But I'm not so crazy about the color scheme. I don't really like the green or the ultra-bright khaki. I mean, your work is great. I guess it's really just a matter of preference on the colors.

Thanks for the response, much appreciated. I may end up doing a camo pattern on him then - which is why I did that - I prefer to start with brighter colors and go darker as I change colors in the pattern.

That makes total sense. Trying to lighten the dark colors would be much harder, I would think. I've actually haven't attempted a camo pattern yet. But I'm thinking about doing that on one of my next projects. I'll be sure to remember this tip: base color should be light.

I agree with MEECS- great parts choice but I'm not crazy about the colors. What do you have in mind for a camo pattern? I think the ACU would be a good choice, but that's just my two cents.
