For frosting, you could try the spray on stuff for windows. Lowe's or maybe even Wal-Mart would have it. But it looks like a frosted glass and not really an ice effect. Check Hobby Lobby in the models/trains section or ask a worker bee. I'm sure they have a can of the white frosting stuff used on models and displays.

Oh! Or you could even use cotton/nylon batting like Polyfil from the fabrics dept. Take a small amount and stretch it very thin. Then maybe use some spray adheasive to adhere it to the sides. It would give the appears of being a solid block of ice.

What kind of light is that? LED? Just wondering out of curiosity and if it runs hot and might melt the fig. LED won't of course. Looks great!
