I dont know about that. I just bought it from Alyosha. It looks to me like the Cutter head from the original figure...just modified to fit the 25th balljoint. It just popped right on. I kinda got a little crazy with the mustache paint...but I defintely like it better than the GungHo head Hasbro is doing.

Great work! I was thinking about making a custom box for a joe. Little different idea though. Like the cutter art also looks great.
