Well, mind you, I dont scupt yet so I tried to keep it simple as possible.

Head & Helmet, Alyosha
Torso & Waist, Torpedo
Arms, Legions SS
Upper thighs & knees, Legions CC
Lower legs & feet, Torpedo
Accesories, vintage Wetsuit (modified backpack)
Harness, Trooper
Flippers, Torpedo

The color is straight from the bottle Model Master Acrylic. I realize that I could of mixed a little blue into it, to "teal" him up a bit...but I kinda liked the green like the cardart.

Great job, much easier with quality paints eh ?
If you like Model Master then you should also try Games Workshop/Citadel, those are the only 2 paints I use on Joes & Star wars figs.
