This is a project I've always wanted to do if I ever found a beat up GI Joe Mobile Command Center. Earlier this summer I got one with a bunch of other Joes and got to work.

I was inspired by the Ralph McQuarrie concept art as well and added a mini hauler vehicle made from a Sgt. Slaughter Triple T. You can also see what looks like a MCC version of a Sandcrawler at the far left
The hauler returns with some scavenged finds. An old R2 unit is used to operate the crawlers robotic crane arm. Last edited by TK1945; 08-13-2011 at 09:26 PM.. |

The cockpit. It lights up as well but I couldn't get a good photo of it.

I'm sure the Sandcrawler was the inspiration for the MCC.
