Here is the story I wrote for how they advance my EXCAL verse further:
"Five years. It's been five years since we've last heard from him." Anastasia was incorrigible when she was on one of her power-move kicks, Lord McCullen had learned, just as she was now at this very moment. "The Commander is not alive. He's never coming back," she continued The raven haired beauty who never seemed to age a day was just beginning her rant, but Destro had heard it all before. So many times, in fact, that he could play along with the conversation even while his own thoughts drifted. At first, his thoughts wandered down memory lane. It was funny, he thought, while her voice drifted into the background of his mind, how even to this day the hard edged Eastern-European accent of his concubine aroused him. Even when she was angry. Mostly when she is angry, he realized, and smiled slightly. "Oh you think this is funny do you?!?" Destro quickly snapped out of his reverie - demonstrating amusement towards the black leather-clad woman standing before him in his solar would be a dangerous play to make. Dangerous with any woman, but deadly with one as beautiful and cunning as this one. "It is not you that amuses me, my dearest Baroness." Destro forced a frown while he paused for effect. "What amuses me is the imagined response from the MEDUSA High Council, should I do as you say, and walk into the center of that viper pit demanding what is mine." The Baroness's fist remained planted firmly on hip. "My dear, if the Commander is dead, as you believe, then you must remember that these are the men who killed him. Von Strucker and that red abomination of his, as well as Doom, General Gutz, Mayhem, Luthor, Osborn... none of them nor any of the others owe one shred of loyalty to Cobra." It was a true statement - Destro knew from the outset that Cobra Commander's attempt at unifying all the World's terror threats into one cohesive army would come at a price. And he knew he had been the smart one to get out when he did. If war was coming - and he had known it was - then it suited him just fine to be the primary arms dealer, for both sides. If he saved his own skin by disavowing the Commander along the way, then so be it. "I know, it's just that..." The Baroness's stance softened at her lover's logic, as it always did. "It's just that nothing," Destro corrected. "Our little demonstration of strength during the Invasion of Wales removed any chance of my peaceful ascension to the top of MEDUSA." Wales had happened at the worst possible time. Cobra Commander's apparent assassination was reverberating throughout the world, and Destro had little choice but to assume MEDUSA was methodically making its way through each of the Cobra High Command, by making such a move so close to Destro's own back yard. Turns out Destro wasn't the actual or even the eventual target at all, but based on the swift and decisive blind-side attack he authorized from the Iron Grenadiers (using Destro's new Pulse Emitter WMDs), he had cemented his place on the wrong side of the MEDUSA upper echelon. "The good news, of course, is that I am quite popular amongst the Welsh." But it wasn't just the Welsh who found his bold and daring "rescue" of his home nation to be heroic. Sir James McCullen Destro certainly had the dry sarcasm befitting his station as the U.K.'s most recent knighted lord. "James, stop it, I will not be made fun of." The Baroness took the erroneous intel on the MEDUSA invasion quite personally. "I am not teasing you in the slightest, my dear. Besides, even our errors have had the benefit of showing solidarity to Cobra, above all else." "So what?" Destro could feel her ire heating up once more. "So what? Well why ask me, my dear, when you ask the man himself. Cobra Commander is alive." ----- And here is Destro unmasked:

That looks really good. The head, hair and glasses combination is perfect.
