Here's a long delayed photo review of a unique vehicle I got from an unknown customizer last TagCom...
I dubbed it the: G.I. Joe Desert S.C.AR.B. (Special Combat ARmored Bradley) Vehicle The Desert S.C.AR.B. is the newest version of G.I. Joe's (MIFV) Mechanized Infantry Fighting Vehicles. As that of it's previous predecessor the Armadillo, This vehicle was designed to be a medium sized, faster, and more compact mobile transport for light infantry with enhanced armored protection. It also carries an array of defensive and offensive armaments to suppress enemy troops and other armored vehicles. It also functions as a reconnaissance and anti-aircraft vehicle on dry arid missions. The S.C.AR.B. maintains a crew of three: a commander, a gunner, and a driver; A unique feature of the Desert S.C.AR.B. is that it deploys an Iridium plated battering ram on the front end for hostile incursions against enemy fortifications and buildings. This vehicle is highly capable for cross-country open terrain combat as well as night time missions due to it's high magnesium powered headlights and effective silent "quicksilver" tank threads. The specially spaced laminate belts and high hardness steel skirts placed on the S.C.AR.B. employs a "deflector" armor protection system against enemy mortar attacks. An engine exhaust and multiple tungsten light extensions are noted on the top of the vehicle. The opening cockpit sits the driver...and has enough room inside for the commander... The side-rails can carry and hold an assortment of gears, weapons, tents, and nets... The Gunner Turret...swivels and rotates easily with an assortment of weapons systems... Fits the gunner with an opening back door... Inside lies an detailed targeting console for the multiple weapons systems located on board the vehicle. Additional features such as bulletproof windshield, multiple placed armored plates around the turret, and a short wave radio communications/ GPS antenna The S.C.AR.B. is armed with a 25 mm autocannon, two four-barreled smoke grenade/chaff/ flare launchers on the front of the turret and a double co-axial quad Stinger surface to air/ TOW missile launchers. Lastly it also serves as a fully functioning APC (Armored Personnel Carrier), The S.C.AR.B. can carry four fully equipped soldiers at the back with still enough space for weapons, crates, and gears. Thanks again for looking! |

It's a little stubby for me, but there is a lot of stellar detail there.
