Nothing majorly new here. Dremeled-out head into removable helmet. Originally used the black-haired Hawk head from the greenshirts set, but decided I like this ROC Target Grandslam head better. Looks younger and skintone matches better.
Also ARAH backpack modified to fit.

Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P. |

That is a great idea! I have been thinking of doing that to my other figures. Have you thought about doing that to the TeleVipers? I really hate the sour expressions on their faces. So I have been thinking about dremmeling their helmets off but just afraid I might screw it up.

I like that. I did the same thing only with a horrible 25th duke head. I like your choice better. The backpack peg mod was really easy, I just glued a peg from the gray backpack of one of the red vipers that came with the fang/claw pack on it.

Looks nice. The helmet fits really nicely on that head. When I did mine though, I added a hole to the walkie talkie so that it can clip on the peg on the side of the backpack. Not sure if you'd want to try that too.
Here's how it looks.

I was thinking about making the walkie talkie peg on, but on the backpack I have that spot up top there didn't really look like a pin, just kinda looked like a nub.
The other option I was considering was modifying it so the rifle could peg onto the backpack. Hmm, maybe I'll just finish hollowing out the bottom of the backpack so that the hose & talkie could be wrapped up and stored inside.
