Really great job! I have to ask - what are the specific names of those vehicles (if you can recall)? And where do you find them? I have such a hard time finding any Lanard or Chap Mei vehicles. Even on eBay, there isn't a lot. Mostly figures.

Just keep your eyes open. Check E- bay regularly as well as local pharmacy's and discount/ outlet stores. You never know where they're going to turn up or under what label. Toys r us has them in he same aisle as GI Joe and under the animal planet/ dinosaur valley label in the learning toys section. Sometimes you'll have to pick up figures and accessories that your not interested in to get apiece that you want. Maaybe a Stegosaurus to get a cool jeep... but the prices at retail are usually very reasonable for what you get. There are sets I would give my left arm for, that I can just never get my hands on. The armored personell carrier is AMAZING and I would love it for my Cobara army. There is a missile carrier to die for that make's the GI Joe Thunderclap (I think that's what you call that thing) look like a tinker toy. I just keep my eyes open and pick up what I can when I can. I'm always searching flea markets and the like for little treasures. You never know when a Chap Mei is going to turn Up! |
