Female likenesses are generally difficult because unlike men they have softer features.
So you have to find a figure with the same shape face and the rest is really done ny painting. 25th Scarlett (the first one) has the right sort of face. With Megan's hairstyle and the right painting it'll work. Now I am the one who made a 3 3/4" Rihanna so I do have some experience with sculpting female celebs at this scale, and it's always better to find a close likeness than it is to sculpt a new one (Rihanna did have a bit of face sculpting but it was mainly her forehead) |

Hi guys,
I have a challenge to propose to all of you that know how mold and sculpt heads. Sadly I do not have the skills or tools to do this. This may sound as a personal request but I know many of people would love to have such head for their customs. Recently I bought one of those Dead or Alive figures. They have great articulation and the mold is very good. One of them even wears what Mikalea would wear so I thought it would be a nice idea a Mikaela or Megan head to go with that body or any other. I'm sure loads of people would love it and its something I did not see anyone trying yet. Sam would also be cool but in that section we are lucky we can use Indiana Jones figure of course the air style is a bit different still I'm sure some guys here can give him a small hair-cut eheheh Ok here is the challenge lets see if someone is up to the task

And here she is. This is 2-3 normal size so the imperfections are magnified, however in the flesh she looks much better. The head is Scarlett with the chin sanded so it was less pointed. Baroness hair. I'm doing this as a free favour for Grippen as I fancied the challenge, and I hope this is a reasonable likeness
Hair isn't glued yet, and I'm only sorting out the head (That's a HUGE movie Pit in the background I've been working on today!!!) |
