Hello tankers!
Returned home from Joecon early Tuesday morning. Had a great time, sold a lot of toys and met a bunch of awesome Joe collectors and fans. With all the great stuff from the con getting displayed, I wanted to post a couple of pics of the 2010 JoeCon Pint Glass I won at the auction on Saturday night. It is 1 of 100 and the money for it went to the Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, a very worthy cause. I have yet to drink out of it but I promised Steve that I would. I'm trying very hard to keep that promise but it has to be the right beer. For now, the glass is wrapped up and safely away from all hard surfaces. Plus, my prototype Helix with the heavy eye makeup is guarding it. Now all our other pint glasses are jealous. There is recycling in their future if they don't behave.

Saw it in person, it's beautiful. That's my favorite Joecon logo.

Thanks guys! I really enjoyed hanging out with you and appreciate you listening to my rants.
The glass is great. I wrapped it in one of the hand towels from the hotel and it spent the ride back to NC in the middle of a rolled up sleeping bag. I'm still not sure how I am going to display it. I think pillows, shatter proof glass and a force field should be involved. Anyone know where I can get a force field generator?

You could get a shatterproof glass dome with a round base that's got a suspended platform that's shock resistant, much like buildings in California. I don't know if they make such a beast, but it's the first thing that popped into my head. |

Well I hope you enjoy the beer you drink out of it for me. I suggest an IPA or something bitter like that... 'cause that's what I would drink out of it had I not lost the bidding war. Enjoy it man, I'll certainly be enjoying the Terror Drome I bought from you! Good to meet you, good times!

Only the most perfect of beers can touch that glass.
Helix better guard it well.
