Does Hisstank have any sort of get together? Or do we run into each other, don’t realize you’re on the site, say “Yo Joe” and just keep moving?

It's a fun weekend. As for comparing it to JoeCon...I would say it is less GI Joe centered and has continued to move in that direction. They add new guests each year and some are Joe related and some are not. They did host more panels last year which was nice.
I have met several Tankers there. Mostly by accident as we are standing in line or something and just got to talking and realize who we are.

I had a great time at JoeFest a few years ago even though I went alone and didn’t know anyone. I got to meet Kenny from Hisstank, Grindstone Toys, Skeletron, the Marauder Crew, Bobby from Crimson Toys, and the WaywardGoat/MARV creator. I was able to unload my classified figures while adding 1:18 items. My only regret is I wish I had mentally decided on some gijoe vehicles and been prepared to move on one or two. I still remember this Cobra Condor Z25 I saw on the floor in pretty good condition. Just wasn’t ready to see a jet that meant so much to me as a little kid that I hadn’t really seen or thought about in 20 years. I wish I bought it. My kids are super young so it is really tough to get away for something like JoeFest but I’m considering finding a way to make it work.

I went last year with a list. I got everything from my list except one item. I also got a lot of good ME fodder for customs at a great price. I did end up getting some extra items, but overall stayed in my budget.

I'll be hunting O-Ring stuff this year. Making a list is a good idea, usually I go willy nilly like to a show, but since this will be more specialized (I hope) it's a good idea to not go in without a plan.
A lot of times I'll go into a show with cash, and once the cash runs out, it runs out. It's a good way to keep from over spending.

Does anyone know how many tickets are included in the Family Weekend Pass? I wanted to bring my 2 nephews, 18 & 12. Wanted to see if this was the best route to take. Thanks!

We are hoping to make it this year. Our summer plans are still up in the air. It has been on our list the last few years but we have not had the chance to attend.
