It is fun, but if you are going to try and close holes in your collection then I would say you would be better off spending the money on that. The show itself you can hit and be done with in a couple of hours probably less. It isn't Joe centered really there are tons of other toy lines being sold and really only 2 or 3 vendors focus on high quality vintage stuff. My buddy and I have gone to JoeFest every year after going to JoeCon the last couple of years it was a thing. We go and make a week of it. Downtown Augusta is great with the restaurants, but again if you are purely going to buy things I would say skip it. I only have to drive like 3 hours so it's no big deal for me.
We are mostly going for a weekend away, might can pick up some fun Joe stuff, hopefully get to see the Super7 stuff and so on and so forth.

That sounds like the show room floor for Joecon. I went to the one in Chattanooga (2018) and was actually surprised with a lot of the floor not being really Joe specific.

My wife and I got an AirBnB the last time that we went down that was fabulous and much cheaper than the hotel. We are doing the same this time. You might look into that option.

That's strange. I saw DFW already posted theirs and that made choosing which days to go helpful. I think they suckered me into a two day trip with some 2 part panels lol I'm a sucker for pre-ARAH history so gotta see both adventure team panels

I was planning on making a longer road trip of it with the kids but they apparently have swim camp that week. So flights just for me are like 400-500 bucks? then hotel? then ubers and food? and really what is making it tough is thats banking on the flights aren?t super delayed or missing the connections to be able to make it work Friday/Saturday. I?d basically be going to annoy all the indy 1:18 / oring toy people and trying to get any cool con exclusive orings. Just need to accept defeat on this one.
