A big thanks to all the 238 paid attendees and 17 dealers who set up at Sunday's show. While we are sorry to hear that some collectors were unable to find what they were looking for in their "price range". Dealers were very pleased with both the collector turnout and sales at this show since it was a new location and look forward to the next show on Sunday May 5th at the Hilton Houston - NASA / Clear Lake.

1.) unless you are counting each person who stood behind a table as a "dealer", then there is NO WAY you had 17 dealers at that show. I was there until noon, and there were 6 distinct dealers who had spread there stuff out over several tables to look fuller. 3 people working under the same booth / table does not equal 3 dealers. 2.) I call going to Dollar General, buying all of the single pack Joe figures, then charging triple for said figures to be "High Prices". Thats eBay stuff, not toyshow stuff. Your heart is in the right place, but you need to work on your logistics before the next show. And FYI, Houston is a BIG town, but NASA is not the right area for a Toy Show. Think more central (like near Reliant or north of I-10), and you should get not only more patrons, but more vendors. Also, have you tried reaching out to the Local Comic Shops to set up their own booths (maybe even give them free booths) so that they will be more willing to promote to your target audience? PS: when a customer is talking to you about driving for a long time to get to YOUR show, don't complain about how far YOU had to drive, YOU PICKED THE LOCATION!
